List of Suitably Qualified Persons (SQPs)

This document lists Suitably Qualified Persons approved under the Veterinary Medicines Regulations

The list is separated into the four types of SQPs and is in alphabetical order by surname:

R-SQPs (who can handle all VPS medicines) Merchants SQPs

QR####

SQPs who are fully qualified - Only SQPs with a "Q" prefix are now valid

E-SQPs (who can handle equine & companion animal POM-VPS & NFA-VPS medicines) Saddlers SQPs

QE####

SQPs who are fully qualified - Only SQPs with a "Q" prefix are now valid

C-SQPs (who can handle on NFA-VPS medicines for companion animals) Companion Animal SQPs

QC####

SQPs who are fully qualified - Only SQPs with a "Q" prefix are now valid

J-SQPs (who can handle only POM-VPS & NFA-VPS medicines for equines only) Equine only SQPs

QJ####

SQPs who are fully qualified - Only SQPs with a "Q" prefix are now valid

G-SQPs Can handle only POM-VPS & NFA-VPS medicines for equines and farm animals only

QG####

SQPs who are fully qualified - Only SQPs with a "Q" prefix are now valid

K-SQPs Can handle only POM-VPS & NFA-VPS medicines for farm animals and companion animals only)

QK####

SQPs who are fully qualified - Only SQPs with a "Q" prefix are now valid

L-SQPs Can handle only POM-VPS & NFA-VPS medicines for farm animals only)

QL####

SQPs who are fully qualified - Only SQPs with a "Q" prefix are now valid
